This project reinforced how critical accessibility and clarity are in public service design. We restructured content, modernized flows, and created a friendlier user journey—resulting in higher adoption and reduced citizen frustration.

Creative сhallenges

The toughest challenge was designing for extremely diverse user groups. We focused on universal usability and multilingual support.

We also simplified complex forms by adding step indicators, inline validation, and clearer microcopy.
User experience focus

Our approach emphasized readability and predictability. The new structure helps citizens complete tasks quickly, even during stressful situations.

We tested the platform with real citizens and iterated based on feedback to ensure clarity and fairness in every interaction.
