This project showed how improved communication flows can reshape real estate management. By building intuitive tools for both tenants and landlords, we helped HabitatPro strengthen trust and reduce delays in property operations.

Creative сhallenges

The main difficulty was creating a system that works equally well for all three user types—tenants, landlords, and managers. We designed adaptive role-based dashboards and modular components.

We also simplified the maintenance request flow with clearer statuses, progress steps, and automated updates.
User experience focus

We emphasized transparency and predictability. The new visual system highlights urgent tasks and helps managers prioritize quickly.

User testing showed that clear timelines and automated notifications significantly reduced communication gaps.
